At Person Centre, we understand that mental health is just as critical as physical health. This is an online platform that empowers you to prioritize your mental health and wellbeing, just as people visit a doctor when they're physically unwell or go to the gym to improve their physical fitness.

We offer tailored, psychologically-informed 1-to-1 support for students, adults and parents at an affordable price. Our service is flexible and designed to meet your needs — whether you are seeking help with common mental health concerns, study skills and career guidance, or parenting support. We are also developing online courses on key therapy and wellbeing topics, with the hope that more people can access quality, evidence-based psychological support in a way that is both flexible and affordable.

We are qualified mental health practitioners, trained through the UK NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression (formerly known as IAPT) program — an internationally recognised, evidence-based approach. Our program combines this global expertise with a deep understanding of the Hong Kong cultural context, making it effective, relevant, and flexible for your busy life.
