Cancellation Policy
預約: 所有治療課程需透過我們的線上系統或與治療師直接聯絡提前預約。 取消及更改: 客戶可於預約課程至少24小時前取消或更改課程，無需支付費用。 若於課程開始前不足24小時取消或更改，將需支付HK$10費用。 課程時長及準時: 課程將準時開始。遲到可能導致課程縮短，但費用仍需全額支付。 未出席政策: 未經事先通知而未出席課程的客戶，將收取全額課程費用。 付款: 課程需於預約時付款。折扣及套裝優惠依預約時所提供的條款適用。 例外情況: 特殊情況將由治療師酌情考慮。
